Muse Scroll Effects add more functionality to your Adobe Muse projects then you may be aware of here is a breakdown of each function. Once you have made yourself familiar with the tool. Motion Setting Tab.

The motion control panel is used to set the movement of an element. By using up, down, left and right setting you can create the physical movement of an object from one position to another.

Toggle motion on and off.

INITIAL MOTION
The initial motion sets what the item will do prior to a key position.

FINAL MOTION
The final motion settings set what happens after the key position..

Scroll effects tab selector.

KEY POSITION
The key position activates the final motion settings.

Opacity Setting Tab.

The opacity setting create the ability to fade elements in and out of view. Fade settings are used in conjunction with the motions setting for more complex motion scroll effects.

Toggle opacity on and off.

FADE STARTING POSITION
This controls the opacity of an element prior to the key position.

FADE END POSITION
This controls the opacity level after the key position

TIP: If you decide not to use the opacity settings, after applying them to an element, ensure the key position is set to 100% before toggling off. This will ensure your element is fully visible on the page.

FADE KEY POSITION
This sets the key position for the fade. The fade positions one and two affect the unit before and after this point respectively.

NOTE: The key opacity position is linked the the motion key position.

Slideshow Control Tab.

A very handy addition to the scroll effects tabs is slideshow control. The slideshow tab allows you to control the progression of a slide show via the scroll action.

Toggle slideshow control on and off.

KEY POSITION
The key position sets when the slideshow control should start taking affect on the slideshow.

AUTOPLAY
At the key position this option will start the slideshow on autoplay using the setting in the slideshow widget.

SWITCH SLIDES EVERY
This option will transition the slideshow at every addition number of pixels set.

Edge Animate Control Tab.

If you're familiar with Adobe Edge Animate, then you know how powerful this tool is. Muse works seamlessly with Edge Animate compositions and can control the playback using the scroll position.

Toggle Edge Animate controls on and off.

KEY POSITION
The key position sets when the edge animation control should start taking affect on the edge animation.

AUTOPLAY
At the key position this option will start the animation on autoplay using the setting in the animation.

ADVANCE 1 SECOND EVERY
This option will play one second of the animation across the number of pixels that has been set.
